You will be joining a dynamic and flexible team who currently operate a hybrid working model of home-working and office-based working at the Civic Centre in Motherwell.

You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated.
You will have experience of providing detailed and accurate daily record keeping and incident reporting.
You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.
You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be able to work towards, or already hold, qualifications including PDA Supervision, PDA Medication, SVQ Level 4 and a workplace assessor award.
You will have basic IT skills, be registered with the SSSC and be a member of the PVG Scheme.
You will have good communication and personal skills, time management and organisational skills.
You will need to have the ability to work alone and on your own initiative but still be a team player.
You must be adaptable, self-motivated and able to respond to challenges.
