You will be trusted to shape your own pipeline, build meaningful partnerships, and directly influence commercial growth across hospitality, sponsorship, and partnership offerings.
You will play a key role in accelerating commercial revenue through a blend of outbound sales, field activity, and face to face engagement.
You will have access to continuing professional development courses and will be sponsored to undertake a coaching training course if you are not already a trained coach. You will report to FIT Team Leader UK, which may change at some point in the future. Depending on role - Some international travel may be required and will be in compliance with the company’s Business Travel Policy.
You must be very personable, extremely self-motivated, have exceptional communication skills. This position has genuine incredible earning potential and is one that greatly rewards sales achievement. Basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, with top performers here earning around double this amount through bonus earnings.
