You will play a key role in ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care, develops a strong and positive culture, and operates efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
You will cover a national on call rota across our Care directorate a few times a year.
You will be service based, ensuring you are on site to support your team and customers.
You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure.
