You will play a key role in ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care, develops a strong and positive culture, and operates efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be the driving force behind the home’s success, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
You will provide strong, visible leadership across the region, working closely with Registered Managers to drive high standards of care, compliance, and financial performance.
You will ensure all homes operate in line with CQC regulations and best practice, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and person-centred care.
You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
You will cover a national on call rota across our Care directorate a few times a year.
You will be service based, ensuring you are on site to support your team and customers.
You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure.
