You will play a key role in ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care, develops a strong and positive culture, and operates efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. You will focus on a range of innovative near-patient testing solutions. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Director of Business Development, you will receive structured product and sales training to help you confidently present technical features to NHS stakeholders.

You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.

You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.

You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure. You will cover a national on call rota across our Care directorate a few times a year.

You will be service based, ensuring you are on site to support your team and customers.

You will lead a small, committed administrative team and work closely with senior leaders, contributing to whole-school decision-making and supporting the delivery of high quality education for learners who require a relational, trauma-informed approach. You must hold a NEBOSH equivalent qualification

You will also be required to hold a membership with relevant professional bodies- IOSH etc. - Demonstrable experience of working in a manufacturing environment with multiple stakeholders - Active contribution to day to day & longer-term problem solving in health and safety
