You will take the lead on complex employee relations and key people projects to support the delivery of strategic priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a people centric business. The Role: * Partnering with senior leaders, you will support the design and implementation of people strategies that support business goals.
You will also be responsible for negotiations with logistics providers as well as communication with suppliers and customers alike in addition to stock control invoice processing.
You will have strong communication skills as well as the confidence and professionalism to liaise with a variety of professionals and clientele.
You will receive regular supervision and, as part of the Cambian Clinical Service, be eligible for training.
