You will act as the nominated Building Control Officer for all projects within scope that fall under the new building safety regulator.
You will also work within the building safety team supporting compliance with the building safety act requirements, engaging with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will Assist the Bulding Control Manager with the running of the building control function as well assisting the manager with enforcement action to ensure the business obligations under the Building Act and associated legislation.

You will be under the supervision of the Technical Support Team Leader and will assist in the delivery of high quality technical assistance to the Building Control Team and its customers. In the role you will provide a front line service giving an initial response to customers which may include telephone and office callers.
