You will also play a key role in mentoring 2nd Line Engineers, supporting pre-handover projects, and ensuring seamless integration of new customers into our service ecosystem. Key Tasks & Accountabilities Technical Support & Escalations Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line support.

You will be working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. There is an on call rota that is 1 in 5 and you will receive an on call bonus.

You will manage a growing delivery team, collaborate with multiple sub-contractors and partners, and work closely with the client to continue delivering an outstanding service that supports teaching and learning for their users.

You will serve as the highest level of technical escalation within the support team, making a strong technical background in both cloud and on-premises technology essential. While some knowledge of telephony/VoIP is useful, the primary focus is complex IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
