3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer jobs in Northamptonshire

You will serve as the highest level of technical escalation within the support team, making a strong technical background in both cloud and on-premises technology essential. While some knowledge of telephony/VoIP is useful, the primary focus is complex IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

You will be working with aa wide variety of clients in terms of size and verticals, so you will be working with lots of different solutions. There is exceptional growth and development on offer.

You will be working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. There is an on call rota that is 1 in 5 and you will receive an on call bonus.
