You will play a key role in Allsorts Youth and Education Service, developing and delivering high-quality, inclusive group work and short programmes that respond to the needs, interests and experiences of children and young people.

You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will be part of a small team, which means successful candidates live and work closely with colleagues. It is therefore essential that all members are capable and willing to support and respect each other, maintaining team morale to create a positive environment for both guest and employee experience.

You must be able to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK before starting with us.
