You will be responsible for working directly with young people as part of an existing Youth Justice team.
You should have experience of working with young people who offend and have knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions, Restorative Justice and experience of delivering group work programmes.
You will deliver youth work programmes, workshops, and events, amplify young peoples voices, and build strong partnerships that strengthen youth-led volunteering opportunities.
You will be enthusiastic, organised, and committed to supporting young people to make a positive difference in their communities.
You will be school locality-based, initially working in The James Young High School and Inveralmond Community High School learning communities, in Livingston, and a variety of community settings, which may include youth clubs, community centres, outdoor learning venues, local churches, private sector venues and care settings.
You must be a national of the United Kingdom or one of the following countries: Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or Poland.
