You will be a core part of the site engineering function, responsible for keeping production running safely, efficiently and reliably. Working across planned and reactive maintenance, youll support a high-throughput manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities: - Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on conveyors, mixers, elevators, presses, coolers and packaging machinery

You will play a key part in supporting production, responding to breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance and contributing to site improvement projects. Duties and Responsibilities - Respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain safe operation of plant and equipment.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of our feed mill machinery and equipment.

You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on production equipment.

You will also be expected to undertake a number of other tasks around the centre such as routine checks, cleaning and assisting with the preparation of events/activities, including the assembly and dismantling of equipment.

You will be responsible for leading both field-based and workshop engineers, ensuring servicing, maintenance and repairs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Acting as the key link between engineers, customers and senior management, you will play a critical role in aftersales performance and customer satisfaction.

You will spend the first 3 months gaining hands-on experience with industrial machinery, learning products inside out, before moving into a proactive sales and business development role. The position combines product knowledge, lead generation, and customer engagement, providing a strong foundation for a career in technical sales.
