You must have procurement / commercial experience in: concrete (inc. Volumetric concrete), utilities, street works & plant machinery (inc. lifting / crane hire).

You will be responsible for leading both field-based and workshop engineers, ensuring servicing, maintenance and repairs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Acting as the key link between engineers, customers and senior management, you will play a critical role in aftersales performance and customer satisfaction.

You will take a lead role in developing and managing a regional forestry asset management function, with responsibility for client portfolios across England and beyond.

You will be responsible for delivering our products to customers premises within a geographical radius from the depot with assistance from a Driver's mate. You will be the face of WCF when visiting refineries/ terminals as well as when interacting with our customers. You’ll need to think on your feet, work independently and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance and service.
