You will complete our Technician training program, which will last between 6 - 12 months - Be mentored by an experienced colleague and supported by our dedicated Training Team. - Learn to fit & repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover - Adopt a customer service focus in everything you do
You will help keep critical processing equipment operating safely and efficiently, support improvements, and assist with monitoring plant performance through SCADA and process data. This is a role where no two days are the same breakdown response, inspections, project tasks, contractor supervision, and troubleshooting will all be part of your regular workload.
You will be providing outstanding service to the staff and customers whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be.
You will enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.
You will need to build an excellent relationship with the client making sure their needs as well as contractual needs are met to the highest.
You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
