You will demonstrate expertise as a recruiter in your own specialist market and act as an example to your team in candidate and client facing activities as set out in the Consultants role profiles. Day to Day of the role: - Developing business opportunities through targeted outbound calling, attending sales meetings, sales presentations, client visits and networking events.

You will play a key role in identifying and securing new business, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. In addition, you'll help develop existing customer accounts and support the rest of the sales team. Key Responsibilities - New Business Development: Proactively research, identify and establish new business relationships.

You will be collaborating closely with the Head of Ecommerce to develop data-driven strategies that drive organic search traffic, brand visibility, and ultimately, increase conversions.

You will provide assistance or guidance to customers; supporting them to fulfil the terms of their occupancy agreement ;

You will encourage feedback from customers, recording and responding to any complaints and compliments;

You will ensure any safeguarding concerns are promptly dealt with and appropriate action is taken in line with Great Places procedures;

You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online assignments It is a strict requirement that you have the ability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety and wellbeing of children and young people and follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.

You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE

You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
