You will be working alongside another two Classroom Mentors and Teacher in the classroom This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in working in education , youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, social care or similar who are confident in building positive relationships and encouraging change.
You will work with lower ability and SEN pupils in Secondary key stages - supporting across a wide range of subjects.
You will be required to support the Class Teacher in delivering lessons and classroom management.
You will be a positive and happy presence in class who is able to provide pupils with encouragement and praise.
You will enable us to build awareness, attract new collaborators, and inspire action, all while amplifying the voices of those who are often unheard. Your expertise will allow us to grow sustainably at a time of expansion, as we launch new initiatives and connect with schools, funders, and changemakers who share our vision for educational equity.
You will also provide supportin the playgroundencouraging the children'sdevelopment ofpositive social friendships and play skills.
