You will be working on the preparation, development and testing of colloidal dispersions for plastics, composites & coatings applications and other industrially relevant surface science research
You will be expected to perform experiments, keep an up-to-date laboratory note book, record and process attained data and be able to communicate these results in group/ team meetings
You should be comfortable with the interpretation of analytical data e.g. NMR, HPLC, GC, FTIR and DSC. As Sterling is a contract development and manufacturing organisation, project assignments will be varied in nature and will always include hands-on laboratory work. Strong scientific reasoning, problem solving skills and flexibility are required in order to manage complex challenges.

You will use your computational chemistry expertise and scientific curiosity to solve drug discovery challenges as part of multi-disciplinary project teams.
You will work in close partnership with the Chief Radiopharmacist, and collaboratively with our Operations, Technical, Clinical and Quality teams to ensure a consistent and robust QA/QC framework underpins the safe and effective delivery of radiopharmaceuticals to patients across CUH and its partner sites.
You will share your technical knowledge and experiences, delivering impact, learning, and growth across teams at Recursion.
You will join the Data Platform that builds and maintains our Data Lake/house, the scientific data products we own, and the pipelines that feed them.

You will work closely with the Recursion Discovery team to uncover solutions for a variety of target classes and I&I indications.
You will have the freedom to design, plan, and execute complex experiments.
