User Experience Specialist jobs in Smethwick

You will maximise the use of digital systems available - leveraging automation, self-service tools, and data insights to modernise and future-proof our people services.

You will create seamless intuitive experiences for People function teams and colleagues, and use a range of communication tools and styles to provide training and documentation for the Colleague Experience & Operations teams.

You will work closely with the Technology Manager to asses and develop strategy and appetite. This role will be new business focused predominantly but you will also underwrite existing business carrying out MTA’s.
