You will have experience of Commercial Underwriting to provide a foundation of knowledge to enable you to identify knowledge gaps in the team, to help you organise the workloads accordingly, and to also provide the mechanism for training needs.
You will possess at least 5 years experience of Commercial Underwriting, whether in mainstream or niche products
You will have overall responsibility for the management, delivery, and financial control of the Engineering Team, ensuring high-quality delivery of engineering, asset management, CCTV, car parking, and infrastructure services in line with organisational priorities, legislative requirements, and financial constraints.
You will be joining a close-knit mechanical team where engineers are trusted to work independently day to day but are fully supported by an operations director, managers and team leaders who are visible, approachable and hands on.
You will have access to a dedicated training centre, internal and external courses and manufacturer-led training across MVHR, MEV and PIV systems.
