You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for special education and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children with SEN Needs. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities for students with SEN needs.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to re-engage pupils in learning, help them develop positive coping strategies and create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
You will be working directly with students who need assistance in the classroom. The school caters for students who have a rage of complex needs.
You will be required to help the class teacher prepare learning materials and lessons for the day and help keep track of children’s progress.
