You will support them through emotional regulation, conflict resolution, support their mental wellbeing and make sure they have the right tools in their tool box to cope in healthy ways. Many of these students come from tricky backgrounds and have been exposed to adverse childhood experiences that contribute to complex trauma.
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for special education and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children with SEN Needs.
