You will be given more time with your patients, the autonomy to manage your diary and the support and training required for you to continue to develop and grow.
You will be provided with a full range of equipment, enabling them to adapt each consultation to the patient in front of them.
You will be home-based and work alongside a team of commercial major loss specialists, but only be responsible for losses in the domestic, mid and high net worth markets. These requirements exist on a national basis so you can be accommodated wherever you live. Applicant Requirements
You will handle a range of specialist agricultural and high net worth losses within either the South West or Midlands depending upon your current location.
You will be part of a national unit and given autonomy to develop your role, knowledge and skills within the agricultural area.
You will be given autonomy to handle those losses as you see fit supported by an excellent desk-based team. Your caseload will be no more than 60-70 losses thus enabling you to handle your portfolio in a thoroughly professional manner in a relatively pressure-free environment.
