You will work a 40-hour week, spread over 5 days. Specific working hours will be allocated to you at the end of the recruitment process. The current vacancy hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9am and 6pm or Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays, when you work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu the following week.
You will be working 3 days per week between Monday and Sunday.
You will always be guaranteed 1 weekend in 4 off and you will have your rota 4 weeks in advance.
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
You will be working in a busy high volume environment ensuring each call is resolved to the highest standard and customer service level agreements are exceeded. The role will also include responding to customers over webchat/social media platforms and email. If you are passionate about helping and supporting customers please apply now!
You will be working a 6-hour shift 3 days per week, between Monday and Sunday. Your working hours will be scheduled between 06:00 and 22:00. Your rota will be provided 4 weeks in advance.
