You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Estates and Facilities in delivering construction projects.
You will have experience of delivering complex projects utilising both JCT and NEC contracts. With client-side experience of working on projects, you will be proficient in dealing with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to manage projects from inception to completion.
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
