You will lead engineering, manufacturing, finance, EHS, quality, and have dotted-line oversight of customer operations (order pursuit and execution).
You will already be an effective leader, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop your team members in a manufacturing environment.
You must have at least 5 GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications, including Maths and English, (if you are successful, you will be asked to provide these certificates, and these will be kept on file).
You will work alongside Engineers, Manufacturing Management and Subject Matter Experts within a highly complex multiple re-entrant environments to formulate and deploy optimal solutions for improved operational efficiency within the Wafer Fab.
