You will act as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Leveraging your advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured, technically feasible solutions.
You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives.
You will follow established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that incidents are managed effectively and in accordance with university policy.
You will bring experience of working within large or complex organisations and demonstrate an ability to apply cybersecurity principles within a structured and collaborative environment.
You will liaise with hotels and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor compliance with country‑specific tax rules, and report exceptions to the Tax team. In addition, you will review GL postings to WHT expense accounts by Cash Applications to confirm that WHT allocations are recorded to the correct account based on fee type and linked to the correct invoices specified by the hotel.
