You will manage your own workload and that of the OH Technicians, maintaining weekly MI and escalating trends to the Head of OH
You will provide full end to end service including case work, assessments, face fittings etc.
You must have a full UK driving license as regular travel will be a key part of this role
You will be expected to work on-site as required by the rota and to collaborate closely with colleagues across teams.
You will join the Customer Support team, working alongside Technical Support, Retail Operations and Marketing.
