You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.

You will lead the technical function across three sites, delivering the site and customer technical strategy while driving food safety, legality, quality and integrity. Working closely with site leadership, customers and group functions, you will set standards, lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.

You will be a collaborative mentor, motivating others to develop technical capabilities. Hardworking with a positive can-do attitude to delivery and learning new skills. You will review inbound and outbound logistics activity, assess routes, delivery methods, and carrier performance, and build accurate cost models to support commercial decision-making. A key part of the role will be sourcing, evaluating, and building a bank of trusted logistics partners, as well as supporting rate negotiations and ongoing performance management.

You will have current and proven experience in application support, systems integration, analysis & design, software development, testing and programming techniques.

You will have strong IT literacy, including Excel and CMMS use, and proven experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or CMMS administration within an industrial or engineering environment. Proficiency in P&ID drawings and the ability to identify electrical, mechanical, and operational assets is essential.

You will apply problem-solving skills across multiple markets, customers, and equipment, travelling to different facilities, diagnosing equipment issues.

You will upgrade technologies to satisfy environmental initiatives and solve combustion problems predominately for refining and petrochemical end users with the support of a global team.

You will have a nursing degree (or equivalent training), current state registration and at least three years post qualification experience within an oncology nursing or related setting.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of providing person focused, care support and a commitment to working as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team.
