Your responsibilities will cover: - Build dashboards and reports - Use Excel for advanced formulas, pivot tables and data validation

You will already have a strong proven interest in all things computer related, such as a hobby in coding or working with computers as well as a minimum of 1 year experience of working on a technical helpdesk. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone so you must be confident on the phone and with communication in general.

You will lead the forecasting for key initiatives like price changes and promotions, develop robust reporting suites with our data team, and conduct deep-dive analysis to answer key business questions. From assessing the impact of free delivery on appliances to helping build customer segmentation models, your work will directly influence commercial strategy and performance.
