You will identify and engage with decision-makers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. Key tasks and responsibilities: -Identify new customers through prospecting and lead generation; -Conduct visits to new customers to introduce products & services; -Contract negotiation and closing sales - Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships;

You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.

You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.

You will manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract close, working closely with the Sales Manager, wider sales team, engineering, management, and marketing teams to deliver technically sound and commercially compelling solutions. The role is fully remote and based in the United Kingdom.

You will work closely with senior sales leadership, helping to build pipeline within complex mid-market and enterprise organisations, with a clear emphasis on quality over volume. Key Responsibilities - Execute targeted outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn
