You will be part of a team delivering tailored professional advice to landowners, with a strong focus on client representation in relation to large scale utilities and renewables projects. You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).
You should also have extended relevant experience, preferably within the gas, electric heating, and renewables sector.
You will have the CIH Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Housing, or the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing or SVQ3 in Social Services & Healthcare and be willing to work towards the required qualification in a specified timescale.
You will require to be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
You will ensure that all corporate transactions, investments, and developments are legally robust, commercially sound, and risk-managed, while also supporting the Chief Officer in areas linked to the capital programme and strategic corporate projects.
You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
