You will have the CIH Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Housing, or the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing or SVQ3 in Social Services & Healthcare and be willing to work towards the required qualification in a specified timescale.
You will require to be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
You will be required to display initiative and creative thinking and take a professional approach to dealing with staff members at all levels, participating in the effective implementation and development of financial services to the council and appropriate external bodies.
You will require experience and understanding of core cyclical accounting activities and excellent analytical skills.
You will ensure a seamless process for both employees and the managers.
You should be educated to National 5 qualification (or equivalent), and able to support employees and managers in understanding HR transactional processes, ensuring adherence and compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
