Technical Customer Service Representative jobs in Belfast

You will serve as the primary point of contact for users needing assistance with account management, platform navigation, and complex troubleshooting. - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat. - Guide customers through step-by-step procedures to resolve technical difficulties using clear, non-technical language.

You will need strong inter-personal skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. This team is working with a customer who is in embarking on a major technical refresh so there will be plenty of challenges and opportunities to learn for the right person.

You must be willing and eligible to undergo required Clearance for this position .

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers

You will ensure that all customers receive high-quality, responsive and inclusive services, while embedding a unified service culture across previously separate areas.

You will work through managers and specialist teams to deliver services that are customer-centred, compliant, and aligned to organisational objectives.
