You will act as a key link between factory teams, central functions, customers and external bodies, driving quality excellence and ensuring our systems, standards and culture consistently meet business, customer and regulatory expectations.
You will lead internal audit activity, support external and customer audits, and ensure strong governance of HACCP, TACCP and GMP across the site.
You will oversee raw material acceptance, in-process quality controls and out-of-specification (OOS) decision-making, ensuring product integrity and compliance at every stage. This role plays a key part in protecting brand reputation, maintaining audit readiness and driving continuous improvement in process quality and hygiene standards.
