You will work closely with sales, customers, and internal technical teams, acting as the technical authority on applications, feasibility, and solution development. While the role broadly spans the areas below, the split is flexible and will evolve with the individual. Key responsibilities

You will be working alongside our experienced and successful Sales and Commercial teams, communicating and meeting with customers and internal stakeholders. This role can be flexible with location from Colchester, Essex or our Theale, Reading office, or potentially remote but must be happy to travel to offices when needed.

You will communicate design solutions to delivery teams and stakeholders, supporting problem solving and help to facilitate the build process.

You will support both technical design processes and embed the culture of good user experience, whilst ensuring the solution remains fit for purpose, meets the business requirements and is successfully transitioned into BAU.

You will work closely with Infrastructure and IT Support teams to ensure applications are secure, stable, and continuously improved, managing incidents, upgrades, fixes, and enhancements.

You will be a confident and collaborative leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
