You will line manage and supervise Support Workers, ensuring effective performance management through 1:1s and probation processes, and mentoring initiatives.
You must be fully flexible as this role will involve out of hours checks supporting/coaching staff and the possible need to backfill when short of staff.
You will support and coach the team to ensure they deliver a great experience and are also driving any key metrics. This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is very important.
You will also ensure that your team receives the necessary training and support.
