You will support hiring managers and the wider people team to deliver a smooth, positive experience for candidates and stakeholders, while helping the organisation attract the right talent.

You should be confident coordinating transport, scheduling deliveries, and supporting logistics planning, with a background in sales support, sales operations and/or logistics.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver a pipeline of highly qualified talent across various departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment & Candidate Management:

You willbe representing Mercedes-Benz World onsite, role of Event Coordinator will bebased in the office Monday – Friday (approx. 80% of our events happenMonday-Friday between 8am and 6pm) however we would need there to be flexibilityto work evenings and weekends on an ad hoc basis and in line with the eventscalendar as needed.

You will ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations and be able to coordinate new product development.

You will be required to prepare costings and timelines for projects and work with the Marketing team to deliver product content.

You will also maintain accurate documentation and ensure that the products meet the relevant safety and environmental standards.
