You will encourage children to have a voice, participate in group activities, to develop intellectual and social skills, and also encourage them to use various resources and experience a range of activities. Short breaks provide support to young people who have a disability and live in the Kingston and Richmond boroughs.
You will oversee the governance, collection, analysis, and interpretation of vast amounts of data to generate actionable insights that inform key business decisions, such as enhancing user experiences, marketing optimisation and commercial performance.

You will manage cases end-to-end, contributing directly to organisational learning and upholding the highest professional standards and values.
