You will play a pivotal role in managing project finances, protecting contractual positions, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
You will have overall responsibility for the regional Surveying, Buying and Estimating teams and will lead, coach and develop the team to meet departmental targets and achieve success.
You will develop, review and implement the Company's strategic commercial objectives and be responsible for ensuring accurate financial cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
You will have a strong health and safety culture with experience of operating safe systems of work, be ambitious, enthusiastic and have good communication skills. Our team is based across the UK working on a variety of projects, therefore flexibility, overnight stays plus occasional night work may be required.

You will be raising purchase orders and dealing with our supply chain.
You will be working on a varied portfolio of frameworks and projects which are predominantly UK-based but with some overseas opportunities.
