You will be responsible for the administration of student data from initial enquiry and enrolment through to registers and timetables and ultimately achievement and destination, ensuring compliance with DFE (Department for Education) funding rules.
You will also support with the administering and management of all exams and assessments across all subjects and levels offered at Priestley College.
You will have the opportunity to support individuals with the wide range of activities that they enjoy, including going to discos, swimming and going to the cinema. As well as providing direct care and support, you will have the opportunity to act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and ambitions.
You will also guide and assess students, support field activities, and foster collaborative learning environments. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Curriculum Development: o Deliver engaging, effective lectures and seminars across core Health and Social Care modules. o Develop and revise curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
You will help deliver a first-class customer service through agreed KPIs that maximise vehicle, equipment and manpower utilisation within a targeted budget whilst maintaining service requirements of work allocated to the resource pool.
You will also have access to ILM certified courses.
You will be responsible for the training and development of staff.
You will have ownership of projects and site audits.
You will take the lead communicating with our customer base and resolving queries.
You will be raising purchase orders and dealing with our supply chain.
You will bring proven leadership experience from a comparable retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or customer-focused environment.
You will be highly organised, commercially aware, and naturally driven, with the ability to manage a broad range of operational and administrative responsibilities typical of a member-led organisation.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
