You will work collaboratively with service users to identify their strengths, support their aspirations, and promote independent living. Key Responsibilities - Provide tailored housing-related support based on individual support plans, safety planning, and aspirations assessments
You should have level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths - You'll need previous experience of working with children and young people
You should also have a commitment to the school's Equal Opportunities Policy - Experience in a secondary school or youth work setting is desirable
