You will encourage residents to engage in various exciting social activities both within and outside the home. Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to fully enjoy their time at the service, is key.
You will engage positively with service users and their families to build trusting relationships and work flexibly according to the needs of the service.
You will work collaboratively with service users to identify their strengths, support their aspirations, and promote independent living. Key Responsibilities - Provide tailored housing-related support based on individual support plans, safety planning, and aspirations assessments
You should have level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths - You'll need previous experience of working with children and young people
