You will be patient, professional and well organised with excellent communication and leadership skills, both verbal and written.
You will be able to liaise proactively and effectively with social workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary team. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing care and support to people with learning disabilities and other needs is essential for this role.
