You will need to have previous experience of working within a care environment, preferably within Adult social care and you will have an NVQ Level 2 Care qualification or equivalent and a willingness to work towards Level 3.

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Co-ordinating labour throughout the operational areas - Managing costs within Operations and communicating daily with external services, invoicing, purchase orders - Assisting Managers with staff management processes such as probationary reviews and Return to Work interviews.
