You will work closely with project teams, subconsultants and regulatory bodies to ensure environmental standards are fully met while supporting wider sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives. You will be responding to inbound support calls

You will provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues.

You will also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client.

You will be required to carry out site visits and on-site trouble shooting when required.

You will be responsible for: - Diagnosing and resolving technical faults, providing both remote and on-site support. - Work independently while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues. - Travel extensively across the UK, including frequent overnight stays for installations and training.
