You will lead and support Support Workers, ensure care planning and risk management are robust, and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and local authorities.
You will work closely with the Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, and Director, contributing to audits, rotas, safeguarding responses, and service reviews.
You will be expected to provide individualised support to the students in their educational and personal development.
You will be supporting students across a range of different subjects but it is not essential that you are a particular subject specialist. Due to the needs of the students it is vital that you have worked with SEMH students before and feel confident in managing challenging behaviour.
You will work closely with learners, educators, and families to create a nurturing and motivating experience. Key Responsibilities Provide academic support and tutoring across a range of subjects.
