You will be expected to provide individualised support to the students in their educational and personal development.
You will be supporting students across a range of different subjects but it is not essential that you are a particular subject specialist. Due to the needs of the students it is vital that you have worked with SEMH students before and feel confident in managing challenging behaviour.
You will work closely with learners, educators, and families to create a nurturing and motivating experience. Key Responsibilities Provide academic support and tutoring across a range of subjects. Offer guidance on study techniques, organisation, and time management. Act as a positive role model, encouraging confidence and motivation.
