You will possess an ability to make robust and accurate decisions to ensure children and families are safe along with an embedded understanding of risk and risk management.
You will enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to engage with families as the first point of contact from children’s services.
You will develop and implement tailored care plans and collaborate with medical, nursing, therapy, and discharge teams to ensure a smooth and timely transition from hospital to home or care settings.
You must be registered with Social Work England and have significant experience in delivering social work services to vulnerable adults, including those with complex needs.
