You will manage a personal caseload of mainly land acquisitions and plot sales, supervise junior staff and contribute to business development by bringing in clients and new work.
You will be an experienced solicitor with extensive expertise in residential development, capable of managing complex transactions and leading a small team.
You will support private sector clients with taking development proposals through the planning process; and support public sector clients with developing transport and parking strategies, and scheme development.
You will further develop your existing commercial skills, and grow your professional network to assist with Business Development.

You will be responsible for: - Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. - Oversee daily operations and maintenance for commercial estates, ensuring they meet high standards.
You will lead on all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and customers.
You will be an exceptional communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and confidently position Birmingham as a prime investment location.
