You will own and develop relationships with Brokers managing new business quotations and submissions whilst achieving quote targets and conversion aims within business strategy.

You will engage with Brokers regularly on a face to face basis as well as at industry events to drive the performance of this well known and respected brand.

You will manage a personal caseload of mainly land acquisitions and plot sales, supervise junior staff and contribute to business development by bringing in clients and new work.

You will be an experienced solicitor with extensive expertise in residential development, capable of managing complex transactions and leading a small team.

You will gain hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of property management.

You will be responsible for: - Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. - Oversee daily operations and maintenance for commercial estates, ensuring they meet high standards.
