You will help our Centre and Facilities Managers with property related activities such as surveys, planning applications, sourcing of contractors and liaison with tenants.
You will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of a designated portfolio, including inspections, check-ins, check-outs, maintenance coordination and tenant relations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and has experience managing multiple sites.
You will have a genuine interest in social value, sustainability and value for money, combined with a positive mindset and a natural ability to build long-term relationships.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment to develop new website themes and add new features in a complex Next. js-based codebase (including a CMS). This is a great opportunity for the right person to take on a challenging and broad role.
